Every position is made to measure: solid, partly or fully glazed, with a transom light or a ventilation louvre, in the colour and with the hardware the project requires.
Leaf and frame are made of steel sheet with a fire-resistant core, the frame is corner or wrap-around type, and we are the only ones on the market to offer a concealed hinge on fire doors. The doors are tested and certified to EN 1634-1, with regular re-testing in accredited laboratories.

Every type of ATOS fire door is tested in an accredited laboratory, in a test furnace, to EN 1634-1. The door is built into the test wall exactly as on site, with hardware and equipment, one side is exposed to the standard fire following the ISO 834 curve (over 1,000 °C), while temperature, integrity and deformation are measured on the unexposed side.
The time during which the door keeps its integrity (E) and thermal insulation (I) gives the class EI30, EI60, EI90 or EI120 to EN 13501-2. Tests are repeated in regular re-certification cycles, and production is under constant factory production control.
The complete documentation is handed to the investor and the supervising engineer with the delivery, and is also available to customers in the ATOS digital portal, with every project.

The ATOS single-leaf solid fire door is the basic type of our range: a steel sandwich leaf, a steel frame and hardware tested together in class EI30, EI60, EI90 or EI120. It is made exclusively to the size of the opening, in the colour and with the hardware the project requires.

The ATOS double-leaf solid fire door has an active and a passive leaf of the same construction as the single-leaf door: a steel sandwich filled with hard-pressed rock wool and gypsum boards, a steel frame and hardware tested together in class EI30, EI60, EI90 or EI120. The passive leaf is secured with flush bolts at the top and bottom, and a door coordinator ensures the correct closing sequence. Made to the size of the opening, with equal or unequal leaves.

The single-leaf fire door with louvre allows air transfer through a closed door in plant rooms, boiler rooms, electrical rooms and garages. In a fire the louvre closes by itself: intumescent slats expand and seal the opening, so the door keeps its EI30 to EI120 rating. The leaf, frame and hardware are the same as on the solid door.

The double-leaf fire door with glazing combines fire resistance and visibility: fire-rated glass in both leaves lets light through and gives a view of the space, in class EI30 to EI120, with the same frame, hardware and coordinator as the double-leaf solid door. Glass can also be fitted in a fixed sidelight next to the door or in a transom light.

The double-leaf fire door with louvres combines the wide passage of a double door with air transfer through louvres in both leaves. In a fire the intumescent slats expand and close the openings, so the door keeps its EI30 to EI120 rating. Active and passive leaf, frame, hardware and coordinator are the same as on the double-leaf solid door.

The single-leaf fire door with glazing combines fire resistance and visibility: fire-rated glass in the leaf lets light through and gives a view of the space, in class EI30 to EI120, with the same frame, hardware and closer as the single-leaf solid door. ATOS fire-rated glass walls and partitions are fixed glazed assemblies of steel profiles and fire-rated glass, tested in class EI30 to EI120. They give light and visibility with the full fire resistance of a partition, on their own or combined with glazed fire doors, transom lights and fixed panels. ATOS sliding fire doors close large openings in halls, garages, warehouses and shopping centres where hinged doors are not possible. The leaf hangs on a top track and normally stands open; on a fire-alarm signal the electromagnetic hold-open releases the leaf and a counterweight closes and seals the opening. Single-leaf or telescopic double-leaf, class EI30 to EI120, steel or stainless steel.
Security entrance doors for apartments, houses and business premises, from our own production in Belgrade: a steel leaf with a frame of box-section profiles, ATOS FORTE and Mottura multi-point locks, concealed ATOS hinges and cladding in the decor of your choice. Two products: ATOS FORTE class RC3 and ATOS PREMIUM class RC4.

ATOS FORTE are class RC3 security entrance doors for apartments, houses and business premises: a steel leaf with a frame of box-section profiles, an ATOS FORTE multi-point lock with four bolts and two rods, concealed ATOS hinges and cladding in the decor of your choice. Where required they are made in fire class EI30 to EI120 for apartment entrances, with sound insulation up to Rw 48 dB.

ATOS PREMIUM are security doors of the highest class RC4. In addition to everything ATOS FORTE has, the leaf edge on the lock side is clad in the same decor, so no metal is visible from the side, and the lock is ATOS FORTE or Mottura 85.971. They are made single-leaf and double-leaf for wide entrances, where required in fire class EI30 to EI120, with sound insulation up to Rw 48 dB.

The online shop sells door hardware from the ATOS range (door closers and other equipment). Prices are shown in euros without VAT and with 20 % VAT. Payment is made in dinars at the National Bank of Serbia middle rate on the day the pro-forma or invoice is issued. The seller may change prices; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
Orders are placed through the cart and the checkout form. On receipt we send an e-mail confirmation with the order number; the contract is concluded when we confirm availability and delivery time. If a product is unavailable, we inform you and refund any amount paid.
Delivery is by courier within the Republic of Serbia, usually within 2 to 5 working days of order confirmation, or by collection at the seller’s premises in Belgrade, Ratka Resanovića 1d, on working days from 8 am to 4 pm. Delivery cost is calculated according to the courier’s price list and shown before order confirmation. For delivery outside Serbia ask for a quote at office@atos-vrata.rs.
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, by sending a withdrawal statement to office@atos-vrata.rs or by post to the seller’s address. Goods are returned undamaged, in original packaging, within 14 days of the statement; the consumer bears the return cost. The seller refunds the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the statement and may withhold the refund until the goods are received back. Legal entities do not have this right.
The seller is liable for conformity of goods for 2 years from delivery under the Consumer Protection Act. Complaints can be made through the “Report a complaint” form on the Contact page, by e-mail to office@atos-vrata.rs or at the seller’s address, with the invoice or other proof of purchase. We reply to a complaint within 8 days and resolve it within 15 days of receipt. ATOS gives a 5-year warranty on door closers under the terms of the warranty card.
Order data is processed to perform the contract, as described in the Privacy policy.
We try to resolve disputes by agreement. A consumer may start out-of-court dispute resolution before a body listed by the ministry responsible for trade. The court in Belgrade has jurisdiction over court disputes.
